The location was extremely convient with close proximity to the subway & a grocery store. We liked the apartment with its' open concept living/kitchen area and a seperate bedroom & bathroom. We liked that we could cook & do laundry in the apartment.

The apartment could have been cleaner & unfortunateky we discovered it had bedbugs. We had to request certain items that would normally have been supplied with a rental such as this, i.e. glasses, can opener. We had to purchase a dish cloth & dish detergent in order to wash & dry dishes.

I liked a lot the apartment location: very close to Dongzhimen station (roughly 800m) and close to the office locations I needed to visit. In general, this area is nice, safe and full of expats. I liked also apartment itself (it had everything I needed, such as kitchen + refrigerator, air conditioning, washing machine, etc.) and the apartment buildings (nice garden, good security, handy convenience shop at the ground floor, etc.). Finally, I would like to mention the staff: friendly and always ready to help me.

well... the location :) According to taxi drivers, it was too close (?!?!?!) to Dongzhimen station to drive me there. So, I had to walk there while pulling my big trolley. The quality of the bathroom could be improved: you can tell it is a bit run down (nevertheless the overall experience was nice).

the apartment is very good, clean and warm just like the home.And the place of the apartment very good, you can go to the Sanlitun and The Workers Stadium just by walk. I like it.

Location, location and location. Season Park Service Apartment is located nearby to Giza Plaza and Raffle's City, as well as Dong Zhi Men subway station(about 7 min walk), which is very convenient for touring around the city. The apartment is very clean and the cleaning lady will come and clean the apartment for us every two days. Most importantly the staffs are very helpful in every aspects. They bought brand new bath robe, utensils and cooking pot for us. On the last day, they came to the apartment to help us check out. I will recommend Season Park Service Apartment to my friends who wish to come and stay in BJ.

The building and landscape design was gorgeous..excellent security,2 thumbs up for cleanliness..got small shop for the residence and the price was reasonable..the staff and boss for this hotel apartment was so kind and generous..near to the tourist shopping complex where u can find jade and pearl as well..as u stay here u can ask for the tour arrangement in Beijing as well..and the price quite reasonable..

The hotel apartment should provide air freshener as the unwanted odor keep flowing arround after cooking ..and should provide a wall clock as the room welcome us as a home..make sure all the sanitary kit is enough for the customer..such as shampoo,body soap,toilet tissue and so on..

Firstly I chose it because its location, it is quiet, but also very close to all the night life, metro, and shopping places. What surprised me was the staffs, they have been very friendly and helpful. The studio I had was warm and cosy. It has all facilities I needed. When I come back, I will definately choose it again especially with my family for a holiday trip.

The mobile phone signal was very poor for some reason.
